Brittan Tate

Brittan joined Essential Mortgage in 2020 as a Junior Loan Processor with the Tracy West team. He quickly fell in love with everything the mortgage industry has to offer and the feeling of helping people achieve their goal of owning a new home. Within a year he was promoted to Senior Loan Processor, but knew that wasn’t the end of his journey. In early 2022, he became a fully licensed Loan Originator, and continues to work hand in hand with Tracy West and her team. A native of Hammond, Louisiana, he now resides in Baton Rouge and is constantly inspired by everything the Capitol City and South Louisiana has to offer. He believes the home loan process should be simple, fast, and reliable in order to ensure his clients go to closing day with a smile on their face.
